I am using excel 2002 and tried to download the report manager addin from the microsoft site. It seemed to go ok but when I tried to install it the I was given the following message, "RPTMGR.EXE is not a valid add in".
Anyone know where I went wrong and how I could fix it?

Thanks

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Hi Townman

Being an .exe file, I suspect you may just need to click on it (ie wherever it is located on your computer such as C:\Files\ or wherever) rather than actually installing it into Excel. What did the Microsoft site say about getting it to work?

Best regards

Richard
