Report from Crosstab Query - heading issues

I run a crosstab query each week that shows me the last 4 weeks data. I have a report that works great, but since the column headings are in week ending date format (and change every week) I have to change the report every week.

Is there a way to have the report headings just be "week 1", "week 2", etc ? Then have teh 4 weeks just associated with one of teh headings?

I think I may have to redesign the crosstab query to reflect this in some way, but when I go into the query itself to try and change it, all I see for weekending info is 1 column that says Expr1: Format([Week Ending],"Short Date")

I am a completely newbie when it comes to serious Access programming, so that might not make enough sense to do anything with yet. Let me know if you need more details.

Thanks,
David

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
No need to redesign the Crosstab if it grabs the data you want.

Instead you can re-label the headings in the report.
(1) Go into Design view.
(2) Find the headings and change them to Week 1, etc.
(3) Close and save.

That's if you always want them to say the same thing. Otherwise you can change the headings to Text boxes (right-click the heading label, Change to | Text box). Then you insert calculations in those headings to display whatever you need.
