I am trying to put a series of fields into a report in the following format

Vacation
Leave
Sick

I am putting the fields in the detail section of the report and my report currently prints blank spaces when a field has no value. I only want the field to print in the report if the field contains data. In other words if the "Vacation" field is empty(or only contains a blank space), I would like the report to start with the "Leave" field(or whatever one contains data). Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Rob

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hi, have you tried setting the 'Can Shrink' option for each filed to 'Yes'. Apparently this will suppress the field if it is null per this article.
HTH, Andrew. :)
