Hello,

It seems my Adobe Report Builder v.5.0.4 doesn't refresh any reports anymore in Excel v.14. I see 2 errors, I think one due to the other:

1) If I hit the refresh all button in the Add-in tab or in the Request Manager all my tabs in the workbook jump to protected view.
2) If I refresh a list of reports in my workbook I get an error. In the request manager under Last Run it says Error ..

The interesting part is that when I hit the refresh all button in the Add-in tab or in the Request Manager all my tabs in the workbook jump to protected view automaticly. Excel shows me a message that it can't update protected sheets so I logically click unprotect on every workbook (or under the file tab). Unfortunately Report Builder will now update 1 or maybe 2 reports. Since I run mutiple reports a manual update on every report defeats the purpose.

I also went to Trust Center and unchecked all Protected view options to no succes.

So when the reports try to refresh and when I unprotect every workbook as soon as possible I get maybe 1 or 2 reports in. All other reports give an error under the column Last Updated part in Report Manager. This is due to the protected view issue in my opinion.

Does anyone has a solution for this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Bas
