Report as report, no edits

Hi

I have a report that works perfect, but I can't find a way to run a report, not as an editor. I want to be able to have a separate person run the report, but they just need to run the report and then print. That's it.

Can I create a shortcut to the report and allow them to run it with no capability other than to print?

You can open the report from a button within a form with it defaulting to preview (or even to print).

DoCmd.OpenReport "MYReport", acViewPreview
