Report and report preview are not properly displayed

I have a form in access with two buttons .The first is to display a print preview and the second is to display report view ,but they are displayed either in small form or cut off as the attached images show:

Please help me overcome this problem.

You cant attach files on this forum. There are tools on this forum for adding small spreadsheet images

Those links are not right.
Clicking on them takes me to a sign in, then to MY home page.

There is nothing in those URLs to identify you as a user, they simply take everyone to their home page.
You have to login to dropbox, hover over a folder/file, then click the Share link on the right, then click copy link.
Then paste those links.

Sorry just noticed this is Access of which I know nothing. I thought it was Excel related. Cant help.

Can't see your pictures so not sure if you are using tabbed forms or windows forms. Anyway, why not just move the button or make the form bigger?

I use form and subform.The form is launched from a main form.Here is the same problem when another report is lauched from statistics form:
