Replacing "TODAY" in my formula

I am using this formula:

=WEEKNUM(TODAY(),2)*80.65615384615

I need 80.65615384615 added when each new week starts. I failed to realize that once the new year started it changed my 2023 excel report. Is there a way to replace the "TODAY" with something else that will allow my sheet to do this. If it helps I do have columns that start with A4 that have each week ending for the current year. I type the week ending in A4 and then in A5 the formula is =A4+7. This pattern continues for all 52 weeks.

Please help.

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.

I've downloaded XL2BB, but once I am in options and the add-ins section and go to add it, I'm told the excel doesn't support that in protected view. How to I fix that so that i can show you my sheet?
