replace the date with short answer

hello
can u help me , i have two schedules in my worksheet in excel , i want to do one of them as a simple program, i want if i write ( 1) they take automatically showing the short answer of number (1 ) from another schedule.
i have more than 30 answers i want to write it in the first schedule

Note: i need to type (1) multiple randomly times. not one time

which functions i must use?

It sounds to me like you are simply trying to look up a value from another list and return another column associated with that value.
If so, you should be able to do this quite easily with a XLOOKUP function.

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
