replace second : character with ?? characters with macro

Hello dear excel helpfull friends.
İ have text in excel. but there are two : characters in one row. i want to replace second one of : character.

example i have this:
silav dan: merheba hevalno: çawa ne: silav gelî hevalan.

i want to replace second : with ?? an must be as below:
silav dan: merheba hevalno?? çawa ne: silav gelî hevalan.

thanks for help
