Replace if requirements reach

Hi all,


I have two sheets on PowerPivot and I have created a relationship between them. I am not sure how to use formula in this case:

I want to replace Column E in SheetA If something shown on Column D in SheetB; Column E in SheetA will remain the same if nothing shown on Column D in SheetB. If this is possible, it will add another column on SheetA to show those requirements.
