I am trying to replace the default error message

"Run-time error 3075
Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'Courses.CourseID ='."

with

"Select and Date and Activity then add Attendees"

This error appears if the operator has not selected a Date in the form header before adding Attendees to the form.

Working on Access 2007

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
The date is added through a seprate form. I have been playing around with a few ideas to make it as fool proof as I can. I think I may have come up with the perfect solution.

On Open of the "Attendees" form (this is the form from which the above error message could occur) I now have another form open "Courses" (this is where the date and Course would be input to prevent the above error) with a message "Insert Date and Activity" and an OK button.

The problem I am having now is, when the OK button is pressed the "Course" Form drops to the rear of both Forms. How do I keep this form ontop when OK is pressed?
