Replace column in Access table from Excel

I have a table that contains 10 columns and 2000 records. I need to 'replace' the last column in the table with a single column of data I've created in an Excel spreadsheet. (The column header name is the same in both... the data just needed to be corrected). Because Access will only let me paste one field in a record at a time, I would have to copy/paste each field (2000 times). Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to replace the entire data in a single column in a table?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Import your "corrected" table into Access. Now do a query linking your original Access data table with the "corrected" table. Then, change the query to an "Update Query" and update the column from the original table with the value from the "corrected" table. Then run the query to update the records.

If you need more help on Update Queries, check out "Create an Update Query" in Access help.

In Excel copy the data ecluding the header.
In the Access table click the column header to select the entire column that you want to paste to and paste.

This works OK in A97 have not tried it with A2K
