Replace all instances of character occurring before another character.

Column A
jon.doe@email.com
jon_doe@email.com
jon.a.doe@email.com

I would like to replace all instances of "."

Results in column B should be:
jon_doe@email.com
jon_doe@email.com
jon_a_doe@email.com

I think I see what you mean. Try this.

=SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(A1,".","_"),"_com",".com")

You're welcome. I think mrshl's is superior, though: Some email addresses have periods in the domain part and his formula will deal with that eventuality.
