I have this block of cells in my spreadhseet numerous times.

[TABLE="width: 205"]
<colgroup><col><col></colgroup><tbody>[TR]
[TD]Head[/TD]
[TD]Mar[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]Wife[/TD]
[TD]Mar
[/TD]
[/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]

Is there any way I can replace it with

[TABLE="width: 205"]
<colgroup><col><col></colgroup><tbody>[TR]
[TD]Head[/TD]
[TD]Mar[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]Wife[/TD]
[TD][/TD]
[/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]

Without deleting each one individually?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Try this:

Assuming we are dealing with column A and B
Code:
Sub Test()
'Modified 2-19-18 2:55 AM EST
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Dim i As Long
Dim Lastrow As Long
Lastrow = Cells(Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row
    For i = 1 To Lastrow
        If Cells(i, 1).Value = "Wife" Then Cells(i, 2).Value = ""
    Next
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

Thanks.

It's actually columns E & F, so I guess I replace (Rows.Count, "A") with (Rows.Count, "E")

Try this:
Code:
Sub Test()
'Modified 2-19-18 3:05 AM EST
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Dim i As Long
Dim Lastrow As Long
Lastrow = Cells(Rows.Count, "E").End(xlUp).Row
    For i = 1 To Lastrow
        If Cells(i, "E").Value = "Wife" Then Cells(i, "F").Value = ""
    Next
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
