Hi,

I have 36 columns of data split in 3 clusters of 12.

Cluster 1 - Sessions 1 to 12 for attended sessions
Cluster 2 - Sessions 1 to 12 for cancelled sessions
Cluster 3 - Sessions 1 to 12 for no show sessions

For each row there will be a max of 12 values across those 32 columns. I want to search through those 32 columns and retrieve those values into a single cluster of 12.

Please see the image below as an example of what i'd like to do - i've reduced the number of columns in the example data to make it more readable

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Regards

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Select your data (in the above, B5:J7), press F5 (brings up to Go To box), select Special, click the radio button for Blanks, click OK (this subsets your B5:J7 selection to only the cells within that are blank). Without changing your selection, immediately press CTRL + minus sign (-) to bring up the delete dialog box, select Shift cells left, and press OK.

Works perfectly thanks so much.
