Reorder macro

Attached is my project list that i use every day.
There is one thing i can't figure out how to do.
So at the end of each day I remove the projects that I have completed. This leaves an empty cell in between my projects. Instead of going through the cut and paste process I would like to have a macro to move them up and one to move them down. Or better, have them bumped up when I remove one.
