Renaming PDF files using MACRO,EXCEL or VBA

Hi Friends,

Everyday I download almost 100 company filings, research reports in PDF and he format is almost same
the problem is that I have to rename every pdf file with new name

Is there anyway I can do that using Macro,VBA

Your help is greatly appreciated
