Renaming an form button for dummies

I have been doing Excel VBA for over 10 years but I never got into the form section of Excel and I don't even know how to.

I have a button and assigned it to a macro and I have used this macro in several places but somehow one of the buttons got renamed. I am told I need to get into the Form Section to rename it but I cannot find it.

I'm sure this is basic to some one but I could use the help.

if you right click the button and in the box that opens select edit text
