Below code gives me out of memory error.

Workbooks("Sheets1").Activate
Worksheets.Add before:=Sheets("Sheets1")
ActiveSheet.Name = "ABC"

I have added below lines to my code in order to free memory

Application.DisplayAlerts = False
Application.CutCopyMode = False
Application.ScreenUpdating = False

Please suggest.

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Are you getting "Out of Memory" or "Subscript out of range"?

The first line is looking for a workbook called "Sheets1"
The second line relies on having a worksheet in that workbook called "Sheets1"

I suggest that you don't have a workbook called "Sheets1" and that perhaps your worksheet is called "Sheet1" which would be normal for Excel.
