Rename Sheet Name in multiple Workbooks

Can you please help me on this.

How to rename sheet name in multiple workbooks in a folder to some other name.

Ex: Multiple workbooks are in a folder. "Sheet1" is the common name in all the workbooks. This "Sheet1" to be renamed as "TaxCalc"

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
