Rename pictures and export them into JPG files

Hi everyone, i have this excel files that contains a lot of pictures and names of the people in the picture.

Can anyone help me create a macro or something to Rename those pictures into names of Column A and extract those pictures with that name???

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off

Note: You will need to adjust the folder loacation code in the CreateJPEG sub and ensure that the folder exists
FolderLoc = "C:\testfolder\" ....... change this line of code to suit
