Rename multiple files

Hello All,

I want to make a BATCH file to rename all the files in a Directory i.e (C:\temp\111, 112, 113 etc) to 1.out, 2.out, 3.out

But all the files should have a unique name in a Batch starting with "1" and end with the last digit i.e as the case may be.
