I have a table that was inpoted from Excel, one columns contains duplicate information. I want to make that column into a table. How can I extract the information I need?

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
The first thing to do is create a Find Duplicates Query - Access has a wizard to help you with that.

Jusy goto the Queries tab and select New and follow the steps.

Once you have created that to your satisfaction you need to either change it to a Make Table query or create Make Table using it as the source.
