Removing gap between the axis and start of the chart

I am having an issue where I have a gap between the start and end of a chart. How do I eliminate that gap. See below

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
there are probably a number of ways to fix this. But you have given the forum no idea of what your data looks like. Please help the forum help you.
One suggestion is in the "Horizontal Axis Dialog Box" change the location of where the Vertical Axis Crosses the Horizontal.
