Removing False from results

Have the following formula that works OK, only problem is that I want to get rid of 'False' being a result.
=IF(ISTEXT(D13),IF(N12<99.5%,"Under Del",IF(N12>100.5%,"Over Del",IF(AND(N12>99.5%,N12<101.5%),"OK", ""))))
