Removing Duplicates in Complex Sheet

Hi -

I have a complex sheet with at least 100K entries on it with following columns:-

Name | Work Email | Personal Email

Work Email & Personal Email column have many duplicates on it. How to remove it via excel formula? So that original data is not disturbed please.

If you wish to retain the orginal data can you not just duplicate the sheet and use 'Remove Duplicates'?
