Hello,

I received an Excel sheet with the following information.

In cells A1 to A33721 are various item numbers.
Each item number is listed twice of more.

I now want each item number to be listed only once.
So if an item number is listed three times,
two numbers have to be removed.

Is there a formula to mark the numbers who have to be deleted ?

Could anyone help me with this little problem ?

Best regards,
Frits Jager

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi Flash,
Data | Filter | AdvancedFilter
in "List range" enter your range: A1:A33721
Check on Unique records only
Copy to another location, and confirm.
This will get rid of all duplicate records.
