I am creating a data sheet on TAB1 and a Pivot table on TAB2

This will be used to add data to daily and review the totals in the pivot

When I choose the large area of the spreadsheet for the source data so I can or others can add new info without constantly updating the source data, I have blank row labels in the Pivot table. I don't want to filter them out as I am using a Slicer and each time I reset the filters they show up again

How do I creating a working datasheet but not see a sum of the blank cells

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
