In A1 I have the following text;

1Row apple1Al Complete (FR)13

In B1 I would like a formula that always removes the first left 9 characters/text and the following text (FR)

This would leave the following in B1;

Al Complete 13

This possible please?

That's more than 9 characters.
=TRIM(REPLACE(LEFT(A1,FIND("(FR)",A1)-1),1,11,""))

You are right about the >9 characters, but that formula does not return the red part

This would leave the following in B1;

Al Complete 13

Could be this?

=SUBSTITUTE(REPLACE(A1,1,11,""),"(FR)","")
