Hello,

I'm using the formula =MATCH($L$1,$E2:$J2,0) How do I get rid on the N/A. I've tried just about everything I can think of. I'm using 2010 Excel.

Thanks for the help!

Hi,

How about:

=IFERROR(MATCH($L$1,$E2:$J2,0),"")

Works perfect. Can it return L1 instead of the position?

Thank you!

If you want it to be specific to the #N/A error

=IF(ISNA(MATCH($L$1,$E2:$J2,0)),"",MATCH($L$1,$E2:$J2,0))
