I want to convert an array in excel back to normal cells. That is, I want to remove the header row / or undo the "format as table".
Anyone know how to do that?

Right-click on any cell of your table and select "Table/Convert to Range" from the popup menu that appears... then answer "Yes" to the MessageBox that appears.
