Remove first duplicate in a column

I am looking for a VBA solution for this:

Can someone please provide me with a code to remove first duplicate value in a column (then delete the entire row)?

You can use the Duplicate Master for this, http://www.experts-exchange.com/A_2123.html, it gives flexibility over what to match (ie one column up to all columns, multisheete etc), plus string transformations

If you want actual VBA code for your own use/modification please say so
