remove duplicate rows from 2 tables on the same tab

Hi All

I have an excel document with multiple tabs, the first tab pulls 2 tables from a URL. what I need to do is remove the duplicates from the second table where they appear in the top 24 rows of the first table.

the first table is at B18:J78 -(the data changes so the below is an example) the second table is has the same header row but different slightly data but some duplicates on the same at TAB L18:T78.

what I need is to remove any duplicates from the table L18:T78
