Remove Dulicates for Account Name

Hi,

I am very new to Excel and still learning the ropes.

I have the following table where I have Account Name and Assigned Staff. The reason there are duplicate rows is because I am pulling in data based on trade dates.

My goal is to remove all the duplicate rows and be left with unique cells. For example I want 'Test 1' and 'Staff 1' to appear once and then have all the trades going across the date columns.

One staff member can be assigned to many companies but one company is only supervised by one staff.

I know how to remove the duplicates from the Account Name but im struggling with Assigned Staff.

Is there a formula I can use to make this work?

Simmy Let's get the ball rollin. Now this usually generates more questions than answers, but we have to start some place. So I hope I got most of your requirements. I don't know of a formula that does what this VBA program does. One question I have is "and then have all the trades going across the date columns." What does this mean? What are the trades? Anyway let the discussion begin.
