Remove Conditional Formatting for Borders

I have conditional formatting set for a range of cells. In that conditional formatting, it contains, among other formats, formatting for the borders. I want to remove the conditional formatting of the borders (only), so that the original borders on the cells remain. I can set the conditional format to no borders, but when true, that overwrites the original cell border settings. Is there a way to just remove the borders setting in the conditional formatting without having to completely remove the rule and recreate it?

In the bottom right of the Formatting>Borders box there is a "Clear" button. Try that.
