I have strings that contain text and two dashes. Is there a formula that will remove all text after the second dash including the dash?

Existing data

Tom Jones – check – 10/15/21

Tom Jones – cash – 10/20/21

Gilbert Transporting – credit card – 10/9/21

Required data.

Tom Jones – check

Tom Jones – cash

Gilbert Transporting – credit card

Required data will hopefully allow me to pivot several hundred rows of data. Could you help?

Regards,
