Remarks depending on cell value

In the above I am filling through google forms the marks obtained for a specific sector out of 30. The idea is to give the student an idea as to which sector he is best suited for.
Now in the remarks column, I want the name of the sector to appear based on the maximum marks of the individual column. This I did with Max and if!!
However if there are 2 or more same results, I want the student to know that he is equally good for both or all three or all four sectors.
Please help me with the formulaThank you
 
do you have version 365 or are you still using 2013 version
you could use filter and textjoin if on a later version
