Remap or Re-assign Enter key

Hey,

Hope all is fine. I would like to learn from you, how would I remap my Enter key to a Down arrow key? I tried a script but it does not work.

Application.OnKey "{Enter}", "{DOWN}"

Will appreciate.

mapping the key is not possible. only sendkey is. maybe with API but i am now looking past this for now..
