Relationship difficulty

Hi all,

I have a table of data of current staff.

This has a relationship to a table which shows which team they work in.

I have a relationship from this team table going to a table of staff who have left in the past year.

So it goes Current Staff------Team Name-----Leavers

I have a pie chart which shows contracted hours grouped (<20, 20-30, 30-38, 38+).

I also have a card which shows the number of leavers.

When I select a piece of the pie all of my data changes to reflect the section selected, but not the leavers data (always shows the full amount).

I have tried making a connection between the current staff and leavers, but it keeps saying I can't as one news to have unique values, or this type of relationship is not possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is the only thing stopping me from publishing!

Thanks, I have added the leavers data to the foot of the current staff sheet, and added a current/ leaver column at the end, and it all works now.
