I have a report that I run once a month and then create a pivot table and from that create a pivot graph.

Is there any easy way to automate this? I have tried Macros but I can't get it to work as the number of lines will change month in, month out.

I would just like to export the report form CRM into Excel and, if possible, click a button and "hurrah".....

any ideas or solutions would be appreciated

You should be able to use a dynamic named range to create the pivot table and graph. Take a look here to see if it will give you a place to start.
