I have a table that gets updated from an outside source. This table is a list of items on order from many different customers. Every row contains an item #, order #, customer name, peaces on order, weight, ect. When we plan differnt truck loads we assign a truck number to many differnt rows. My problem is that when we refresh the report excel changes truck numbers as items are added and removed from the list. Examples: (#1) row 15 was on truck #3 but when truck 3 shipped the new item in row 15 was still showing to ship on truck #3 (#2) row 15 was on truck #3 but when refreshed and 2 items were added in on rows 3 and 4 now what was in row 15 is now on row 17 but Truck #3 lable did not move to row 17 also.

A B C D E F
Item# Order# Customer Pcs Weight Truck #
1 1011 445236 Dale 16 2,578 3
2 1312 446852 Sam 52 10,258 6

'A-E' are filled appon refresh, 'F' does not always stay with the right row as rows are added and subtracted (orders take and shipped) I dont know if this matters buy we have many orders# from the same customers with many differnt itemd per order # and we mix and match to fill a truck. 3 of 7 items on one order and 2 of 5 items from onother order may ship in the same truck.

Any help with the problem would be much appriciated. Thanks.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
