Hi,

I have combined all tables in an excel files using the blank query -> =Excel.CurrentWorkbook()

If I click the refresh icon it will duplicate all the loaded rows. How do i avoid this & only load newly added rows?

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Power Query will load all the data in the source, once and only once. When new data arrives at the source, Power Query deletes all data previously loaded and reloads everything again including the new data. If there are duplicates, either there are duplicates in the data or you have duplicate queries

Hi android1, I know it's an old post but it might help someone.

Copy the final table name, go back to query, go to 1step (Source), click the Name column (displaying Tables name),filter Text ->Not Equal to -> give your final Table name-Load and close.

Now refresh as many times as you want. This is due to Recursion in PowerQuery.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.
