Hi all,

I'm dipping my toe into Power BI and have ran my first query. All went well, I I've created two pivot tables from it, however, when I go to Data > Refresh All, it refreshes the query data but when I try to refresh my pivots it removes all the data from them and I have to create them from scratch again.

Can anyone give me any pointers on what I'm doing wrong?

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
When the data disappears from a PivotTable, that would mean that EITHER there is a filter in place on the PivotTable that is no longer valid as nothing meets the filtered criteria OR the header names are not the same between the time you last did it and this most recent refresh.

Power BI/Query is VERY specific, including case sensitive. So, "Column1" and "column1" would be viewed as 2 different things rather than matching
