Refresh Multiple Pivots but only type username and password once?

Hi, I have a spreadsheet which has multiple pivots. The pivots pull in data from an external data source/database. The issue I have is when I hit the refresh all button, I'm prompted for the same username and password for each pivot. In all there is something like 35 pivots so that's 35 times I need to enter the same login data.

I'm wondering if anyone has a way where I can just pass the username and password in once and then it filters out to the other pivots? I'd imagine there must be a better way of doing this than what I have built!

I'm using excel 2003.
