Does anyone know if there is any literature on what each of the "Available References" in Tools \ References? I want to know what each one does and any practical application examples?

Thank you kindly,

Luke

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I doubt you will find any single source for all. There are just too many. Your best bet is to google the ones your are interested in. That should lead you to any documentation.

In addition to @rlv01's note, the number and type of available references is completely independent of MS Office.
The Reference dialog box just shows the type libraries registered with the Windows OS. When those libraries expose their objects they can be displayed using VBE's object browser. However, the question is whether that will help you further, unless the manufacturer has made on-demand documentation available, such as Autodesk does for instance.
