In an Excel Spreadsheet immediately upon refreshing my model, this message pops up, "Reference Isn't Valid". I click OK and everything seems fine and I can find no flaws in my model after refreshing. But the message is annoying. Any advise on how to find out where it is originating so I can eliminate/fix it?

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
I had this scenario just happen to me. What I did was I created a few pivot tables referencing a Power Query table in Excel. I then loaded the Power Query table into Power Pivot so I could save some storage. My pivot tables were still referencing the table and they refreshed perfectly fine, but it isn't connected to it probably. That is why you don't see any issues with the underlying data, it is because you probably have a pivot table that is still referencing a table that used to be a table, but now is loaded in PowerPivot.
