Reference cell values in range

I am trying to include references to cells in the body of an email. I can successfully include a reference to a certain cell but If any cell contains names, I want to include all of the names contained in column I and column J. Column I contains the first name and column j contains the last name. So, in essence, what I am trying to do is have the macro loop through all of the cells in those two columns and if they contain data then include them in the email.
