Reference an Array of cells if, One cells matches a cell in a range.

All I need I suppose is:

If A1 = A7 then copy the 15 cells below, if A1=A8 then copy 15 cells below this, if A1=A9 then copy the 15 cells below this, etc etc... is this at all possible using a MATCH;OFFSET?
