Hi is it possible to reference a cell value within a DAX formula?

So I have the following formaula:

=CALCULATE('EPSI SOAR MNDOG'[Cases], 'EPSI SOAR MNDOG'[TRAUMA LOG]="Y", 'EPSI SOAR MNDOG'[ED FLAG]="ED")

Rather then placing a "Y" after [Trauma Log], I would like to reference another cell in the workbook so I can change that cell from Y or N. This way I can change the value and have the spreadsheet automatically update formulas with out have to go through and change each formaul each month.

Thanks for any help

Terry
