Refer to a cell with text string as array in Covariance.P and Covariance.S function

Hi,

I am working on a assignment where I have to calculate the population and sample covariance matrix for stocks. I know there are easier ways, but we have to use these functions. I have my data in column form in another sheet and have named the data range after the ticker of the stock. I would like to refer to the headings in the covariance matrix as the name of the array, is this possible in some way?
